Josh Mortiz
Senior Vice President,

Social Media


Josh has been developing branding and interactive campaigns for over 25 years, having started out at Kenyon and Eckhardt, Y&R and Wunderman, then moving onto Muldoon Direct as General Manager before starting two agencies: DMTG and Customer Growth. He has also been CMO for several start-up internet companies.

His product experience is wide ranging, including packaged goods, financial services, education, energy, industrial, government and non-profits. He has developed numerous campaigns using a myriad of media ranging from TV, radio and print to e-mail/direct mail, online and offline catalogs, websites and web advertising, social media, search, trade shows and events, investor and public relations.

As a database marketer, he has led the creation of programs that have generated in excess of $100 million in revenue, increased response rates by 500% and improved profitability by 1000%.

Josh is an adjunct professor at University of New Haven and Southern Connecticut State University teaching marketing, E-Marketing and social media.

Josh recently earned an MBA from Babson College, holds a diploma in direct and interactive marketing from New York University and a BA from Rutgers College. He also received a certificate in the study of Russian business practices from St. Petersburg State University in St. Petersburg, Russia.
